Developer Terms of Service

Escrow deposit rules, publishing obligations, and payout terms.

Placeholder legal content. This page is template copy generated for development purposes so the publishing form's Terms link doesn't 404. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be treated as binding legal terms until it is reviewed and finalized before the platform accepts real users or real payments.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a developer account, publishing an offer campaign, or depositing funds into escrow on this platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Developer Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform's developer features.

2. Developer Eligibility & Verification

Publishing an offer requires a verified developer account. Verification confirms you are authorized to run advertising campaigns for the target URL you submit and to enter into binding payout obligations with promoters on the Platform. The Platform may suspend or revoke verification at its discretion, including for suspected fraud or repeated policy violations.

3. Publishing Offers

You are responsible for the accuracy of every offer you publish, including its title, target URL, and payout terms. An offer may combine more than one payout model (IAP Revenue Share, Cost Per Action, and/or Cost Per Click); each model you select carries its own independent rate, and you are responsible for honoring all rates you publish. The Platform may pause or remove an offer that is misleading, fraudulent, or violates applicable law.

4. Escrow Deposit Rules

Offers that include a Cost Per Click (CPC) payout model require a minimum escrow balance of $100.00 USD at the time of publishing. Escrow funds are held to back the payout obligations of your published offers and are separate from any promoter's earned wallet balance.

Depositing funds into escrow through the Developer Console is currently a development-mode simulation: it credits your escrow balance for real in the Platform's records, but does not process an actual payment charge. In a production deployment, deposits will be processed through a real payment provider, and this section will be updated accordingly.

Escrow deposits are intended to be drawn down as your published offers accrue payouts owed to promoters. Refund eligibility for undeployed escrow, and the process for withdrawing an unused balance, will be defined here before the Platform accepts real deposits.

5. Payout Obligations

You agree to honor the payout rate(s) you publish for each offer for every valid, non-fraudulent click, action, or in-app purchase attributed to a promoter's tracking link. Failure to fulfill payouts owed, or attempting to reverse or charge back legitimate payouts, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of remaining escrow, and legal enforcement.

6. Platform Fees

The Platform charges a platform fee on all qualifying developer campaign transactions and payouts, deducted automatically at the time of conversion to support network infrastructure, escrow verification, and tracking systems. The rate depends on the developer's subscription plan: 0.5% on Starter, 0.4% on Starter Plus, 0.2% on Pro Developer, and 0% on Enterprise. See Plans & Pricing for full tier details. The rate applied to a given transaction is always the rate in effect for that offer's developer at the time the transaction was processed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: generate or encourage fraudulent clicks, installs, or purchases; manipulate attribution data; publish an offer for a destination you are not authorized to advertise; or attempt to circumvent the Platform's tracking, escrow, or verification systems.

8. Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate your developer account for violation of these Terms, at which point any active offers will be paused and any outstanding payout obligations remain due.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" during its development phase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the developer tools.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Platform evolves. Continued use of developer features after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to the Platform operator.
